404010 Minimum quantity lubrication device POPLUBE GO
Completely ready-to-use, single-nozzle minimum lubrication system, for conventional machi-
ning of small tool diameters up to 10 mm. The lubrication system only carries as much lubricant as is
required for the process, regardless of pipe lengths — and this is highly reliable with an absolutely uniform,
ultra-thin lubricating film. A highly economical concept for quasi-dry machining. The system is ideal for
drilling, milling and turning in general mechanical engineering and for machining a wide variety of materi-
als. It also offers all the advantages of genuine total-loss lubrication. The quantities of lubricant to be
applied can be set as low as 2 ml per hour in continuous operation. Air flow and lubricant delivery can be
controlled manually or automatically, for example using an M function from the machine control system.
