Single-use nose and mouth protection, non-sterile, three-layer filter medium, fibreglass-free, odour-
less, latex-free, green, triple-folded, bacterial filter performance of over 98%, with elasticated band and
integrated nose bridge for high wearing comfort, also suitable for spectacle wearers.
Protect people and the environment from droplets and other large particles expelled by the wearer
when speaking and exhaling. Additional protection of the wearer‘s face against splashes of blood and
other liquids. Hygiene masks do not provide breathing protection, as neither the filters nor the loose fit can
protect against small particles.
Intended use: Minimise the transmission of pathogens. Suitable for medical and dental use.

Maintenance free respirators, filter class FFP2, no exhalation valve, protects against low toxicity, harm-
ful, solid and liquid particles up to 10 times the limit value, flat folding, easy to transport. The nosepiece
provides a good seal and easy adjustment, elasticated straps.

Protects against viruses and bacteria for a maximum of 4 to 6 hours. If the mask becomes soaking wet,
it must be replaced immediately as this will impede its protective effect. Use only in adequately ventilated
rooms (at least 17% oxygen) or outdoors.

433012 Reusable hygiene masks SIGVARIS

The hygiene masks are produced using the circular knitting method and have no seams. The skin is pro-
tected against irritation even when the mask is used regularly. The especially soft yarn on the inside is
comfortable against the skin. A special knitting technique enables optimum fitting in the nose area.
Sigvaris reusable hygiene masks can be used in addition to FOPH hygiene requirements. The masks are
reusable and can be washed at 70°C after use (max. 50 washes). The recommended period of wear of
four hours should not be exceeded. This product is not a certified protection mask.

Fitting the hygiene mask:
• Wash your hands with soap and water.
• Place the mask over your head. Make sure that the special nose opening is at the top.
• Place the mask on your face so that your nose, mouth and chin are covered.
• Place the back of the mask flat on your neck.

Application:
For use wherever protecting the mouth is recommended or mandatory, e.g. hairdressers, beauty salons,
shops. It makes sense to wear a mask wherever the majority of people protect their mouths in order to
avoid spreading bacteria and viruses. This enables the transmission of diseases to be largely prevented.
Hygiene masks should be changed every two to three hours, before becoming completely wet through.
