371005 Pneumatic toggle press MÄDER
Mäder KP 3.1 W, high-quality pneumatic toggle press for punching, bending, stamping, assembling,
pressing, aligning, riveting and gluing; suitable for profiles, assembly work, etc.; the height of the stan-
dard table can be finely adjusted, 0.1-mm reading, with fast-clamping lever and integrated stroke limiter.
Supplied with die support plate and three Allen keys. Pneumatic toggle presses do not reach their nominal
force until the end of the stroke, the bottom dead centre. The toggle press mechanism is therefore used
to achieve the high working pressure of the press while keeping air requirements to a minimum. Thanks to
this low air consumption, pneumatic toggle presses are a cost-effective production tool, both at the time
of purchase and over the long term.

impression depth. The stroke length can be read off via the lateral scale and the vernier on the scale
ring. Due to the innovative stroke-length control, an adjustment of the position pick-up is not necessary,
because the positioning magnets always travel to the same end position. Twist-proof round plunger, hard
chrome-plated, runs in Teflon bushes, cylinder pre-lubricated, suitable for oil-free operation. Measuring
tape mounted on the side for quickly reproducing settings when changing tools. Practically maintenance
free double-acting cylinder. Adjustable end position damping of the cylinder. Low noise, below 75 dB.
